We want you to be fully satisfied with your Jordan Craig purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed merchandise. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Select Resolution

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive store credit, or obtain a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
